Software mogul promotes drug development and charity
Billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates is looking for Indian scientists to collaborate on new projects to tackle disease. But that was only one of the messages he conveyed on a visit to India with Melinda Gates to look at the ventures on which their Foundation is already engaged and explore new possibilities. He also joined forces with investment guru Warren Buffet to promote the merits of philanthropy among India's rich.
