The 28-year-old sped 500 miles across Antarctica by ski, kite and bike but there is still an opportunity to sponsor the heroic Blue Peter TV presenter now she has completed her Polar Challenge for Sport Relief.

Sport Relief is still accepting sponsorships for Helen's formidable achievement and for those inspired enough to get active and get fundraising themselves they can also become involved in their own charity fundraising activities this year as part of the Sport Relief Mile.

The broadcasts of Helen's chilly challenge will start on Blue Peter on BBC One on January 23 at 4.30pm.
